Buffets


Offering both hot and cold buffets we design these to suit your event.  Its important to understand your clients needs and desires and for this reason we don't have set menus.  With your help we can draw up menus to make it work for you.  We also offer sandwich platters for business meetings if required.

We built our reputation up by supplying some of the best BBQ's in the North West!  Working with celebrities and many corporate clients we have an excellent knowledge of what people want and how it should be served. We only use the finest ingredients and pride ourselves on our product and service.

Paella

We were taught to cook paella when working on a street food event by a local Spanish man!  We use traditional ingredients, recipes and methods of cooking and believe this works to suit the tastes of our clients who never leave us any to take home!

Wood Fired Pizza

Working with Dough it Yourself, who make fresh pizza bases, we bought our first wood fired pizza oven after several requests.  The pizzas are all made fresh to order and take less than 120 seconds to cook in front of your eyes.  These go down amazingly well with both adults and children and can work along side either the BBQ or paella.

These go fantastically with mushy peas and mashed potatoes to fill the hungriest of your guests. Working well at both corporate and private events this can be served inside and out to make it a versatile option.
